These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website bestrustservers.com (the "Website"), the Bestrust Rust game servers (the "Servers"), our store at store.bestrustservers.com (the "Store"), our account linking service at link.bestrustservers.com (the "Linking Service") and our community Discord server (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using any of the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

The Services are operated by BESTONLINESERVICES INTERNATIONAL - FZCO ("Bestrust", "we", "us", "our"), a free zone company incorporated in the IFZA Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (License No. 88529, Registration No. 81770), with its registered office at IFZA Business Park, DDP, PO Box 342001, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 2. Third-party notice — not affiliated with Facepunch or Valve

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Facepunch Studios Ltd, Valve Corporation (Steam), Discord Inc., or any other third party referenced on the Services. Rust is a product of Facepunch Studios Ltd. Your use of Rust, Steam and Discord is governed by their own terms, including the Steam Subscriber Agreement, the Facepunch terms and the Discord Terms of Service. You must comply with those terms at all times when using our Services.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required in your country to use Steam and Discord) to use the Services.
• If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and purchases may only be made by, or with the express permission of, a parent or legal guardian.
• Purchases through the Store additionally require that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement, as set out in the PayNow Buyer Agreement.
• You must own a legal copy of Rust and hold Steam and (where applicable) Discord accounts in good standing.

4. Accounts and identifiers

We do not operate our own account system. We identify you through your Steam ID (SteamID64) and, where you use the Linking Service or our Discord, your Discord account. You are responsible for the security of your Steam and Discord accounts and for all activity carried out through them on our Services. Purchases and perks are tied to the Steam ID provided at purchase or linking; you are solely responsible for entering the correct identifiers, and we cannot transfer perks between accounts.

5. Server rules, moderation and enforcement

• The server rules published on this Website and in our Discord (including group/team size limits) form part of these Terms and are incorporated by reference. We may update them at any time.
• Cheating, scripting, exploiting bugs, ban evasion, abusive or discriminatory behaviour, impersonating staff, and any activity that violates the rules of Rust, Steam or Discord are prohibited.
• We use anti-cheat and moderation tools (including Facepunch EAC, RustAdmin, BattleMetrics and our own systems) to detect and prevent cheating and rule violations.
• We may, at our sole discretion, warn, mute, kick, temporarily ban or permanently ban any player, remove in-game items or progress, or restrict access to any of the Services, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe these Terms or the server rules have been violated. Enforcement may be applied automatically by our anti-cheat and moderation systems or by our staff. Moderation decisions are final; appeals may be submitted through our Discord and are reviewed by our staff.
• Sanctions may be extended to alternate or associated accounts reasonably assessed as being controlled by the same person or used to evade a sanction. Deliberately concealing account associations or continuing access through new accounts may be treated as aggravating conduct.
• Gameplay on our public Servers may be observed, recorded or streamed by other players, and may be recorded by our staff for moderation, security or promotional purposes. Do not share private information in chat or voice.
• A ban or other sanction resulting from a violation of these Terms or the server rules does not entitle you to any refund, compensation, or reinstatement of purchased perks.

6. Purchases — digital items licensed, not sold

• The Store offers optional digital perks for use on the Servers (such as VIP, queue skip, kits or cosmetic packages, the "Items"). Items are licensed, not sold: you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Items on the Servers, tied to the Steam ID used at purchase.
• Items are virtual only, have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and may not be traded, resold or transferred outside the Services.
• Checkout and payment are operated by PayNow Services, Inc., which acts as merchant of record and commercial agent for the Store. Your purchase is subject to the PayNow Buyer Agreement and PayNow Terms of Use, which you accept at checkout. We never receive or store your full payment card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via checkout.paynow.gg/subscriptions; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund past payments.
• Prices, contents and availability of Items may change at any time for future purchases. We may also reasonably adjust the content or balance of existing perks (such as kits, commands or cooldowns) where necessary for fair gameplay, security, legality or compatibility with game updates; where a change materially reduces a paid Item, we will offer an equivalent substitute or another appropriate remedy where required by law.
• Gifts: where the Store permits gifting, the purchaser is responsible for entering the correct recipient. Gifted Items are subject to these Terms, are non-refundable, and do not shield the recipient from sanctions; they may be revoked if the underlying transaction is reversed or fraudulent.
• "Lifetime" Items, where offered, refer to the commercial lifetime of the relevant product, Server or service line — not the lifetime of the purchaser — and end if the relevant Server or Service is discontinued or the purchaser is permanently banned for rule violations.

7. Delivery, refunds and chargebacks

• Items are delivered digitally and automatically, normally within minutes of payment. Logging in to a Server after purchase, or otherwise using a purchased Item, constitutes acceptance of delivery. If you purchased the wrong package, do not log in — contact support immediately.
• All sales are final. Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, no refunds (full or partial) are provided once an Item has been delivered or activated. In particular, no refund is owed for: server wipes; bans or other sanctions for rule violations; network latency, in-game performance or subjective dissatisfaction; temporary downtime, maintenance or force majeure events; gifted Items or gift cards; or purchases made with cryptocurrency or in-game skins.
• We may, at our discretion or where required by law, approve refunds for duplicate purchases made in error, technical failures on our side that permanently prevent delivery, or extended service unavailability. Refund requests must be submitted to PayNow (as merchant of record) and/or to our support within 30 days of the charge.
• EU/EEA and UK consumers: by completing a purchase you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery of the digital content has begun (which occurs upon automatic delivery of the Item). Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights that cannot be waived under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
• If you believe a charge is incorrect, you agree to contact PayNow or our support and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks — filed after successful delivery and without first seeking resolution — may result in revocation of Items and suspension of access to the Services, and outstanding amounts may be recovered where permitted by law.

8. Wipes, changes and availability

• Rust servers are periodically wiped: map and/or player progress (including blueprints) is permanently deleted. Wipes normally follow the published schedule but may occur at other times where necessary (including forced wipes caused by game updates).
• Wipes, balance changes, plugin changes, server mergers, region changes or the discontinuation of a Server do not create any right to a refund or compensation. Purchased perks apply for their stated duration across wipes on the designated Server(s), unless stated otherwise in the Item description.
• The Services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

9. Account Linking Service

• The Linking Service lets you connect your Steam and Discord accounts to receive community perks (such as Discord roles and in-game rewards). By using it you authorise us to access the Steam and Discord account data described in our Privacy Policy, to add you to our Discord server and assign roles, and to verify perk eligibility (for example Steam group membership, Discord boosts or promotional codes).
• Perks obtained through the Linking Service are free promotional benefits, may be changed or withdrawn at any time, and have no monetary value.
• Attempting to abuse the Linking Service — including linking accounts you do not own, using multiple accounts to farm rewards, or evading bans — is prohibited and may result in removal of perks and suspension from the Services.

10. Events, competitions and prizes

• We may run events, competitions, giveaways and leaderboards, including events with cash or other prizes. Event-specific rules published for an event (on the Website, in our Discord or in the event announcement) supplement these Terms and prevail for that event.
• We may verify eligibility, disqualify fraudulent or manipulated entries (including multi-accounting, coordinated voting, fake engagement or other manipulation), recalculate rankings, and withhold a prize where lawful verification is not completed.
• To lawfully pay a prize we may request the winner's name, payment details and identity or tax information; access to this information is limited to those who require it. Usernames and results may be published. Any taxes or reporting obligations on prizes are the winner's responsibility where applicable.
• Prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative is offered unless expressly stated. Events are void where prohibited by applicable law.

11. Acceptable use

When using any of the Services you must not: break applicable laws; infringe others' rights; upload or distribute malware; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data; scrape, overload or disrupt the Services; use the Services to advertise, spam or run scams; or circumvent technical restrictions, bans or anti-cheat measures (including through VPNs or alternate accounts used for ban evasion).

12. Intellectual property and user content

Rust and all related assets are the property of Facepunch Studios Ltd. Steam is a trademark of Valve Corporation; Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners. The Bestrust name, logo, branding, website content and server configurations are owned by us and may not be copied or used without our prior written permission. If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use them without restriction or compensation.

You retain ownership of content you submit through the Services (such as chat, reports, screenshots, videos or event submissions), but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate the Services, investigate reports, run events and promote the community. You confirm that your content is lawful and does not infringe anyone's rights; we may remove content at our discretion and preserve copies where needed as evidence. If you believe content on our Services infringes your rights, contact us with details and we will review it.

13. Third-party services and links

The Services rely on and link to third-party services (including Steam, Discord, PayNow, BattleMetrics and promotional partners such as RustMagic). These operate under their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services and all Items are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, secure or uninterrupted, or that in-game data will never be lost.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: (a) we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill or in-game progress; and (b) our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid for Items in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD 100. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or the mandatory rights of consumers in their country of residence.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your infringement of any third-party rights, to the extent permitted by the law applicable to you.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any or all of the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, or where we reasonably consider it necessary to protect the Services, our players or our staff. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 7, 12, 14–18) survive. You may stop using the Services at any time.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. If you are a consumer, you additionally retain the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence and the right to bring proceedings there where required by law. Purchases are additionally subject to the dispute provisions of the PayNow Buyer Agreement.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised. For material changes we will endeavour to give notice through our Discord announcements. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

20. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor of our business. These Terms, together with the documents incorporated by reference (server rules, Privacy Policy and, for purchases, the PayNow agreements), constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. These Terms are drafted in English; translations of the Website are provided for convenience only, and where legally permitted the English version controls in the event of a conflict.
