By accessing bestrustservers.com (the "Website") or playing on the Bestrust Rust game servers (the "Servers"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or the Servers.

1. The Website

The Website provides information about our community game servers: wipe schedules, player counts and connection details. The information is provided "as is" — wipe times and other details may change without notice.

2. Game servers

• Playing on the Servers requires a legal copy of Rust and compliance with theSteam Subscriber Agreement and Facepunch's terms.
• Cheating, exploiting, or abusive behaviour is prohibited and may result in a ban without prior warning or compensation.
• Group size limits and server rules apply as described in each server's description. Admins' decisions are final.
• Server wipes permanently delete in-game progress. Wipes may occur at the scheduled times or, when necessary, at other times.

3. Purchases

Purchases (such as VIP) are handled by our store atstore.bestrustservers.comunder its own terms. Purchased perks are licences to use optional features on the Servers; they are not investments and do not survive permanent bans issued for rule violations.

4. Intellectual property

Rust and all related assets are the property of Facepunch Studios Ltd. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners. The Bestrust name, branding and website content may not be used without permission.

5. Third-party links

The Website links to third-party services (Steam, Discord, promotional partners). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Limitation of liability

The Website and Servers are community services provided free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from their use, including downtime, data loss, in-game losses or changes to schedules.

7. Changes

We may amend these terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the Website or Servers constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
