This Privacy Policy describes how the Bestrust Servers website ("we", "us") handles information when you visit bestrustservers.com.

• Server data: the server browser displays publicly available information about our game servers (name, player count, region) retrieved from the Facepunch public server list. No visitor data is involved.
• Favourites & language: if you mark servers as favourites or pick a language, these choices are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and are never transmitted to us.
• Technical logs: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type and requested pages) to deliver the site, protect it from abuse and provide aggregate traffic statistics. See theCloudflare Privacy Policy for details.

2. How we use information

Technical data is used solely to operate, secure and improve the website. We do not sell, rent or share visitor data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-party services

The website contains links to external services that operate under their own privacy policies, including our store (store.bestrustservers.com), our account linking service (link.bestrustservers.com), Steam, Discord and promotional partners such as RustMagic. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites — please review their policies before using them.

4. Game servers

When you play on our Rust game servers, your Steam ID, in-game name and gameplay data are processed to operate the servers, enforce server rules and prevent cheating. This data is handled separately from the website.

5. Data retention

We do not maintain visitor databases for this website. Technical logs are retained only as long as our hosting provider requires for security and operational purposes.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data (for example under the GDPR). Since this website itself stores no personal data about you, such requests typically concern our game servers or store — contact us and we will help.
